空芯菜のにんにく炒め

使った材料:空芯菜、にんにく

調味料:唐辛子、酒、塩、化学調味料、ごま油

空芯菜のにんにく炒めの作り方

1. 空芯菜を洗って5cm長さに切ります。にんにくを包丁の側面でたたきます。

2. 少し多めの油を鍋に入れ油を温めます。空芯菜、にんにく、酒を入れ、空芯菜がきれいな緑色変わるまでかるくで強火で炒めます。唐辛子なら、好みで入れます。

3. 塩、化学調味料を適量加え強火で、更に炒めます。

4. ごま油を回し入れて、出来上がります。
