1. まず大根と人参を角切りに切ります。

2. 切った大根、人参と豚スペアリブと水を鍋に入れます。

3. 強火にかけ、煮立ってきたら火を弱火で30~40分じっくり煮込む。

4. 味により調味料を入れます。出来上がります。
